Alec Blenis
Alec Blenis is a hybrid-athlete strength and running coach who built his audience natively on Instagram (roughly 98,000 followers as of mid-July 2026) around evidence-based training and a self-described Movement Optimism, Evidence Based Memes voice. A Georgia Tech physics graduate and former professional Spartan racer, his following took off after he set the weighted, unpartitioned Murph world record (32:41) in June 2021. He sells hybrid-training programs and 1:1 coaching, and trains publicly toward a sub-2:30 marathon.
