Erica Schneider
Erica Schneider is a writer, editor, and content coach who founded the Cut the Fluff newsletter and built her whole business on the back of a personal audience. After four and a half years editing and running content at the London agency Grizzle, she was challenged in 2022 to start a personal brand, and over roughly two years grew a combined Twitter and LinkedIn following past 70,000 (nearly 50,000 on Twitter alone) by owning the underserved topic of editing, replying relentlessly, and turning long-form craft into a stream of short social posts. That audience became speaking gigs, courses, and a coaching business she now runs as a full-stack solopreneur.

- Market the Problem More Than Anything Else — a four-tier content hierarchy that weights posting heaviest toward the problem she owns, lightest toward proof
- Own the Sub-Problem No One Talks About — broke into the crowded “writing” space by claiming the adjacent, unclaimed sub-problem of editing
- Fifty Posts From One Long Piece — reverse-outline one long-form article, then interrogate each point with enemy and consequence questions to spin off 50+ posts
