- Source: Ryan Dozer on The Kerner Office (TKO Pod). His literal workflow: pull up the Claude app, voice-transcribe a brain-dump of what he knows, and append “use the skill creator skill at the end.” The skill-creator handles the structure; he doesn’t format anything by hand.
- The friction that used to stop non-technical people (knowing the format, writing it cleanly) is removed: you talk, the meta-tool formats.
- Important second half: the raw skill is a starting point, not a finished one. You then “give it your context, your instructions, your style guides” so the output sounds like you, not the person whose template you borrowed.
- Angle (mine): the unlock isn’t the AI being smarter, it’s the input being lazier. The reason “everyone can do this” is true is that the capture step collapsed to talking out loud. The bottleneck was never the idea; it was the activation energy of writing it down in the right shape. Voice removes that.
- Caveat: a voice brain-dump is unstructured and repetitive; the skill-creator can only organize what you actually said. Garbage in still applies. The quality ceiling is your thinking, not the transcription.
