Your years of expertise are one file away from being a product
Idea
Anyone’s subject-matter expertise can be packaged into a Claude skill (a single markdown file) and sold; the asset is what you know, not whether you can code.

- Source: Ryan Dozer (AI marketer, runs a six-figure agency solo), interviewed on The Kerner Office (TKO Pod) by Chris.
- A “Claude skill” = an SOP / recipe for an AI agent, written as a markdown file. One skill per task.
- Examples Dozer floats for non-marketers: a baseball/Pokemon-card trading skill, an investing skill — a “thought partner” built from someone’s years in a niche.
- The pitch: the bottleneck was never coding ability; it’s whether you’ve put what you know into the format an agent can use.
- Angle (mine): the interesting shift isn’t “make money from skills” — it’s that expertise itself becomes a shippable file. Markets for expert SOPs used to need a course, a book, or a SaaS. Now the unit is one markdown file, and the barrier (coding) that gated software is gone.
- Honest tension to flag: “everyone’s expertise is a product” is also how the market floods with low-quality skills. The credibility/curation problem doesn’t disappear — it moves.
